Hello, and welcome to the 34th issue of Bittersweet! These past two years have posed a variety of obstacles and challenges, but as always, we always find a way to adapt and overcome them.
In Bittersweet, we strive to showcase the best of the arts that the students of FSU have to offer. Creativity has always been vital to me as a writer but see- ing what my classmates and other students are capable of creating is what’s truly inspiring. My hope is that everyone who picks up this magazine will find the same inspiration to put their passions to work and show the world what they can create. For this year’s issue, what was a pleasant surprise was that the submissions within the publication all range from the fantasy to science fiction genre. From the visual arts that capture the imagination of its spectators, to written works that take you into far away world, I thank you for reading this issue of Bittersweet. I hope you enjoy it as much as I and the staff enjoyed making it! Sydni S. Smith, Editor-In-Chief |
